Caption: Whenever an inversion traps cold and cloudy weather in the valley, it's worth heading uphill. There are few things more beautiful than spending time above the clouds.

On this day, we didnt just ski at lake louise. We lapped the poma until noon, drove to Sunshine Village for three Delirium Dive laps, and continued onto Norquay to night ski. We spent nearly 12 hours on snow.

Going back through my archives has been quite the experience. It's an opportunity to revisit old images, relive the stories and share my favourites. It's also reigniting my desire to get outside and photograph my favourite landscapes once the world returns to normal.
